Shipping Policy

We ship to the U.S.A, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and India.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We only offer standard shipping with delivery timelines of 10-15 business days under ideal shipping conditions. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Items ordered outside of Australia and New Zealand may have longer delivery times spanning up to 45 days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 to 72 hours. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping will be the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES and JTN ix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. 
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing, a claim.

The different stages that deliver the customers order, in a sequence are: 
Order Received: 
Your order has been placed. We’ve received your order and payment information. You can still make changes to the order at this point by sending us an email on

Processing Order: 
Your order will be shipped out soon. We have all the information needed to complete your order. As soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment. This process could take on an average 2 - 4 business days. 

Preparing to Ship: 
Your order is being prepared for shipment. We’re completing some final details before we ship your order. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the delivery information. At this point, you can no longer make changes to the order.

Your order has shipped. You can use the "Track Order" button to follow your package online. This information will be available within the first 24 hours of shipment. Once shipped the order should be delivered to you within 10-15 business days in ideal conditions.

In Transit: 
Your item(s) have shipped and are on their way to the destination address.

Out for Delivery: 
The item is on its way to your destination and it won’t be long from here.

Your order was delivered.
