Q: What size should I order? 

A:  Simple! If you're caught wondering what size to get, send us an email to sales@mollycoddleme.com. We are in the process of add all measurements to every product.

Q: What if my order doesn’t arrive? 

A:  Please contact our customer service team on sales@mollycoddleme.com and we will respond to you at the earliest.

Q: What if I change my mind about an item? 

A: Unfortunately we do not offer returns.

Q:  Can I track my current order online? 

A:  Yes, once your item has been processed and dispatched, an email with a shipping tracking number will be sent to you.

Q: I just placed my order. I need to change something. Can I do that? 

A: Unfortunately we can’t make adjustments to an order once it has been confirmed. However, we encourage you to write to us at the earliest so that we could try to accommodate your request.

Q: I received my order and it’s incorrect! What do I do? 

A: We apologize and would like to make it up to you. Please contact our customer service team via email as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. Once we’ve assessed the claim, a replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

Q: Where do you ship your products to?

A: We currently ship to the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and India.

Q: Within how many days is my order delivered?

A: In our experience on average products are delivered anywhere between 10 days to 20 days. However, under exceptional circumstances, items may be delivered in max 30 days. 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You can click the "Track Order" to track your shipped items. Even if you ordered multiple items and you might have received separate Shipment Notification for each shipment. Our shipment tracking page will provide you with a single view on the status of all your shipments.

Q: Do I have to be available at home to pick up items upon delivery?

A: If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave the package in a safe place or leave it with the post office in your area.

Q: How do I cancel or edit my order?

A: Once your order begins processing, you cannot cancel or edit the order details. However, if you do leave us a note at sales@mollycoddleme.com, we will connect with you to help you out with your changes.

Q: How can I return my items?

A: If you're dissatisfied with an item, click the contact us link on our website or drop us an email with the details from your registered email address to sales@mollycoddleme.com and we will help you resolve your returns. Please refer to our Returns policy for details.

Q: When will I be notified by text message?

A: Texts are sent to the registered phone number as soon as the order has been placed.

Q: What are the different states of an order?

A: In order to ensure that you get the best experience and speedy delivery of your order, we follow a disciplined seven-step approach detailed below.

Step 1: Order Placed:
Your order has been placed. We’ve received your order and payment information. You can still make changes to the order at this point by sending us an email on sales@mollycoddleme.com

Step 2: Processing Order:
Your order will be shipped out soon. We have all the information needed to complete your order. As soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment.

Step 3: Preparing to Ship:
Your order is being prepared for shipment. We’re completing some final details before we ship your order. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the delivery information. At this point, you can no longer make changes to the order.

Step 4: Dispatched:
Your order has shipped. You can use the "Track Order" button to follow your package online. This information will be available within the first 24 hours of shipment.
 

Step 5: In Transit:
Your item(s) have shipped and are on their way to the destination address. Depending on your location, your item will undergo a customs check.

Step 6: Out for Delivery:
The item you’ve ordered has cleared customs and is on its way to your destination and it won’t be long from here.

Step 7: Delivered:
Your order was delivered.
The package has been dropped off at the shipping address specified in your order. If you need to return any part of your order, you can initiate the process by sending an email to sales@mollycoddleme.com
